Luxury RV/Motorhome Accommodations at Burning Man 2010
El Monte RV will deliver a Luxury Class Fleetwood Fiesta or Bounder motorhome to your Burning Man camp at Black Rock City between Monday (8/30) and Thursday (9/2). Our driver will set up your motorhome at your camp, and then return on Sunday (9/5) or Monday (9/6) to retrieve it.
Worried about what you will need to bring to Burning Man? Don't worry, shop online instead. Vons is a statewide supermarket chain offering online shopping and delivery to our facilities near Los Angeles or San Francisco. Simply have your online grocery order shipped to us by 2:00 pm the day before your delivery and we'll stock everything in the motorhome.
- Entertainment: 27" and 20" flat screen TVs, DVD player and stereo radio with CD player.
- Accommodations: 2 sleeping areas and three spacious slide-out sections
- Food Preparation: Complete kitchen with 8 cu/ft propane powered refrigerator/freezer, 3 burner stove, oven, microwave
- Facilities: Full bathroom with large walk-in shower, dual roof air conditioning units, 120V generator, heating, fresh water tank and grey and black water holding tanks.
- Entertainment: 27" flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo radio with CD player.
- Accommodations: 5 sleeping areas including bunk beds and two spacious slide-out sections.
- Food Preparation: Complete kitchen with 8 cu/ft propane powered refrigerator/freezer, 3 burner stove, oven, microwave
- Facilities: Full bathroom with large walk-in shower, dual roof air conditioning units, 120V generator, heating, fresh water tank and grey and black water holding tanks.
Additional options included with each luxury motorhome:
- Provisions: 3/4 tank of fuel (approx. 56 gal.), full tank of fresh water (85 gal.), full tank of propane (25 gal.).
- Kitchen kit: Provides all the necessary Kitchen and Cooking items you'll need.
- Convenience kits (4): Provide Bedding, linens, and towels for four people.
- Toaster and coffee maker.
Free and unlimited generator Use.
- Two beach cruiser style bicycles.
- Four deluxe camping chairs.
- Delivery, set up and pick up.
- Free stocking of pre purchased groceries.
- Mid-size cooler (customer may purchase ice at Black Rock City).
- Post dump of the vehicle holding tanks.
- Standard cleaning on retrieval (additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning or damages).
- Basic liability insurance and damage waiver with $1,000 deductible (please call for details).
Tickets for your party must be purchased in advance from the Burning Man Project.
A Black Rock City camp location is required for delivery. El Monte RV will deliver your motorhome to your camp, set it up for you, and give the keys to your contact person in Black Rock City. Our driver will arrive on the date and time you designate to pick up the motorhome. Delivery to Black Rock City can be scheduled between 10::00 AM and 6:00 PM. on Monday (8/31) through Thursday (9/3) and retrieval can be scheduled between 6::00 AM and 6:00 PM. on Sunday (9/6) or Monday (9/7).
We can transport your party in your motorhome to Black Rock City from the Walmart near the Reno Airport (4855 Kietzke Lane, Reno, NV 89502) on the day of delivery to Black Rock City. You must arrange your own transportation from the Reno Airport to the Wal-Mart. Drive times to Black Rock City from Reno vary from 3-4 hours or longer.
On your retrieval date, we will pick up the motorhome and transport your party back the Reno Wal-Mart. You must arrange your own transportation to the Reno Airport. Drive times from Black Rock City to Reno vary from 4-8 hours depending on traffic conditions exiting Black Rock City. Early morning departures from Black Rock City provide the best guarantee of the shortest trip from Black Rock City to Reno.
Be sure to plan your flight arrival and departure times according to these estimated drives times to and from the Reno.
You can arrange transportation to our Los Angeles RV Rental or San Francisco RV Rental locations between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM on the day of departure and we will transport you and your party in your motorhome directly to your camp at Black Rock City. Please contact us for details.
