RV Tailgate Recipe of the Month
Frenchy's South Tailgate Pork
Ingredients:
10 1 inch thick boneless port cutlets
8 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
1 bottle Wishbone Robusto Italian dressing
1 bottle Thai ginger dressing
Basil, garlic powder & black pepper
10 Italian rolls
Prep - 1 day before the game:
~ Make marinade by combining Italian dressing, Thai ginger dressing, basil, garlic powder and black
pepper in a large mixing bowl.
~ Layer the pork cutlets in a large, resealable container and pierce them many times with a knife.
~ Rub in chopped garlic, pressing some into slits in pork.
~ Pour the marinade over pork and refrigerate overnight.
Game Day:
~ Grill both sides of pork over high flame until browned.
~ Butterfly, then grill open faced until browned.
~ Serve pork on an Italian roll.
