Fly-Drive Information
If you are flying into a Fly/Drive location, transfers from designated areas can be arranged upon request. You will need to arrange your own transportation to and from all other locations.
Fly/Drive locations are:
Dublin, CA *
Ferndale (Bellingham), WA
Las Vegas, NV
Linden, NJ
McKinney, TX
Orlando, FL
Santa Fe Springs, CA
Same Day Flight Arrival:
- Clients may only collect the motorhome on the same day that their flight arrives if . . .
- They call the rental office after arrival to arrange a vehicle pick-up time.
- They arrive at our rental station no less than 1 hour before station’s official closing time.
- Clients provide their own transportation at their own expense. El Monte RV does not offer transfer service for same day flight arrival.
- Please remember to take potential flight delays, customs, baggage claim and traffic into account before deciding to collect the motorhome on the same day that the flight arrives. Whether the flight is domestic or international, the rules regarding Same Day Flight Arrival are the same.
* Dublin, CA - for a fast and stress-free way to reach our office, consider taking the BART (Bay Area Rapid Tranport). You can check the schedule at http://www.bart.gov. Once you reach the BART station in Dublin, please call our office at 1-925-803-0331 for pickup. Make sure to inform us while processing your pickup, that you will require transportation to the BART station upon return.
