Best Holiday of Our Lives!
Hi there, we have just returned to the UK from the best holiday of our lives! We have always wanted to rent an RV and this year we did. The experience was so seamless and perfect and there were no issues at all. This was indeed highlighted when we got talking to some other people who had rented through Cruise America, they had been away for six weeks and in that time they had to have their RV repaired 7 times and replaced once!! We had no idea that could have been an issue and indeed in our case we had NO problems at all, we felt very safe in our home for three weeks. We will definitely recommend El Monte to anyone and will be back as soon as we can to explore more of your beautiful country. Many, many thanks Vanessa

Thanks for the support!
Seven days, sixteen hours and fifty-nine minutes. That is how long it took the Ride for Your Lives team to cycle across the USA. But, in reality, this project was about so much more than just riding bicycles, and your support made the whole thing possible.
And, for anyone not riding, their home was the RV. If you've ever tried taking 13 people cross-country in a week, it doesn't make for a particularly pleasant living enviroment. But, thanks to the El Monte RV we had, it was as pleasant as can be, allowing us to get some rest when we needed it and ensuring that we never had to worry about the RV.
So, what did we achieve? We showed that, with the right backing, preparation and mindset, ordinary people can achieve something pretty extraordinary. Most importantly, we ensured that hundreds of thousands of people are a little more aware about the issue of safe drinking water around the world, and the fantastic work that Blue Planet Network is doing to solve it.
It was a priveledge to have El Monte RV alongside us as a partner in this project. Together, we have managed to make a genuine diffference to people's lives, and tolda pretty good story along the way!

Caring Customer Service
I wanted to express my gratitude for the courtesy and caring customer service that I received while reserving, picking up and returning an RV from the Van Nuys branch. Their employee Debbie Wallace is absolutely a gem and helped out tremendously when we ran into a medical issue while in the midst of our rental. She was very understanding and caring and did every thing she could to help us through this difficult process. She was very kind and reassuring to my kids and helped me get the little gang of 3 under control when we all felt so disappointed with our interrupted trip plans. I would recommend them to all of my friends.

Dear El Monte Team!!
One year ago we spend our holiday in the USA with an El Monte RV. We are still remembering very often this great experience. I guess it is time to say thank you for your part of that trip. We have been greenhorns, totally, first time in the States, first time travelling with a RV. Our trip turned out great, thanks to your team in Linden and your RV itself. First a friendly welcome and a helpful introduction „What to know about travelling with a RV!“ of your staff in Linden. For our trip plan the advices of your knowledgable manager were absolutely necessary for us greenhorns. In the end, after 2 weeks, we have seen many cities, lots of nature, beautiful coasts and met many nice people. We finished our trip without any accidents, RV problems and wasted time. We just wanna say "Thanks a lot!“.

A Wonderful Customer Service experience
Hello El Monte RV,
I'm writing today to tell you about a wonderful customer service experience I had with your company on 6/10/10. I rented an RV to attend Bonnaroo from a private individual and one hour into my trip from Atlanta, GA to Manchester, TN the piece of junk broke down on the highway. My companion and I saw all the money and excitement we invested into going to Bonnaroo falling down the drain as we frantically called RV company after company to find an RV for rent the same day for an event that usually has RV's booked months in advance. After calling a number of places we got hooked up with Joanna from El Monte who found us the last remaining RV in Georgia. The RV place in South Marietta, GA closed at 4:30 pm on that Thursday and we were still stuck on the highway an hour away from the place at 4:00. We called Tim at the pick up site, explained our horrible luck and begged him to stay open until we could get there. Tim said something that took us both by surprise. NO PROBLEM. We didn't arrive until 5:30 and didn't get on the road until 7 pm and all the while Tim stayed well beyond closing time to make sure we got back on the road and were able to enjoy our trip in a quality RV. Tim was a true life saver and really great person. Tim gave us his cell phone number immediately and called us a couple times while we were in route to the RV place on that Thursday. And then Tim called us on Friday to make sure we made it to Bonnaroo and were having a great time. When do you see service like this? Tim was truly our hero. And we can't thank him enough for his kindness and help. Our trip was an amazing success. The RV was plush and way better than the rust bucket that broke down. And next year, we will be booking directly with El Monte RV for our Bonnaroo trip all thanks to our experience with Tim. I wish I knew last names. I know the RV place was in South Marietta GA. Hopefully you can find out who Tim is and pass this feedback along.

Outstanding customer service
To whom it may concern, I want to pay a large compliment to mangers Fred and Jen at your Nashville,Tn. location on Music Valley Drive. Our stay has shown my wife and I that some American companies do instill upon their employees Outstanding customer service and provide the customer a great value for their investment. My work calls for me to travel between Knoxville and Nashville and I spent Dec.'08- July '09 there. My wife and I cannot express the genuine professionalism and courtesy Fred and Jen and their entire staff provided us, especially workcampers Janice and Bill Wild. We experienced extreme temps. of 5 degrees and never lost power or water during those winter days. Their constant commitent to providing guests every need was truly sincere. Many extreme weather conditions occurred during this timeframe and we could always depend on workcampers Bill Wild and his wife Janice to check on our well being. Bill and Jancie are truly dedicated workcampers and strive daily to accomodate the campers needs. I have dealt with many clients for more than 35 years and I know outstanding customer service and dedication when I see it ! In a time when our economy and country is struggling,it is comforting to know that we have a company that emphasis customer service and providing a product, your facilty and your expectations, to make a consumer appreciate trust,loyality and good old American "hard work". Thank you for providing the above mentioned employees and God Bless America !

Hello, I rented from you recently, I reserved my RV for Superbowl in Tampa Fla. I picked my RV up in Orlando. I just wanted to say how wonderful the staff was at El Monte Orlando. Ich möchte mich für den tollen Service in der Station Linden NY bedanken. Das Fahrzeug war absolut Spitze!, sodass wir unseren Urlaub (28 Tage) sehr genossen haben. Die Urlaubsplanung für das nächste Jahr ist nicht mehr weit. Es wäre toll, wenn wir bei der nächsten Buchung wiederum ein solches Fahrzeug erhalten könnten.
