An absolutely great time! We had an absolutely great time on our first RV adventure and are ready to do it again sometime! Thanks for setting us up so nicely – the RV was great, the staff in Las Vegas was fantastic and, of course, the National Parks were phenomenal. I appreciate you looking after us so well!

A truly memorable trip

Dear El Monte RV,

We would like to thank you for making our first motorhome experience a truly memorable one. A friend told us about El Monte RV and said that they are reliable and clean. We were so pleased with the rental, the comfort and ease, that we plan on doing this again in the future. We have now decided to possibly purchase a motorhome in the next few years because we had such a wonderful time. We are already looking at the calendar to see when we can get away. Next time, we want to try one a little bigger.

First, we would like to thank Elizabeth Nunez for our reservation and update. She explained the different rentals to help us decide what we needed and sent us confirmation quickly. Because the pickup location moved from Oxnard to Ventura, she called us to let us know and re-emailed the contract and other documents to recheck. It was great communication on her part. She was helpful and friendly. Elizabeth is a true asset to El Monte RV.

Secondly, we would like to thank the friendly owners and staff of H&H RV Repair and Storage in Ventura. Customer service is everything, and they sure have the best. Everyone there was so helpful and did their best to get us on the road quickly to start our vacation. They reviewed all areas of the motorhome and gave us advice/suggestions for us first-timers. We were there 45 minutes and felt like we had new friends. We believe your move to Ventura, to this location for RV pickups, was a great one.

We look forward to our next rental. Thank you again for everything.

An Outstanding Employee that Deserves a pat on the back (and maybe a raise!! ) I wanted to bring to your attention an employee of yours that has made my experience with El Monte RV a total pleasure! This employee is Sahara Brown. I've spoken with her a couple of times regarding the reservation of my RV for my upcoming weekend vacation and both times I've spoken to her she's been positive, helpful, and truly a customer focused employee. Her ability to make my experience with El Monte RV a truly positive experience was outstanding. Too often when being a customer on the phone - the individual assisting you forgets that the person on the other side of the phone is the customer and is making their payday. Sahara put me, as the customer first! It's such a pleasure to have worked with her on my reservation. Being in the customer service role myself - I know what exceptional customer service is and Sahara is a pro at it! Many times we focus on the negatives and don't praise or recognize the positives. In this case - I'd like to recognize Sahara's performance as truly outstanding. Thanks to Sahara - I'll always use El Monte RV for my vacations and will tell all my friends who may be looking for an RV to use El Monte because they employ individuals who put the customer first. GREAT JOB SAHARA! YOU DESERVE A RAISE!

Many Thanks! My wife and I have just returned from our honeymoon spent touring California and we wanted to pass on our sincere thanks to everyone at El Monte RV for making it such a great trip. The staff at the Dublin depot in particular, were fantastic, most helpful and reassuring throughout and helped make the whole experience unforgettable. We can't wait to come back again and are already thinking about our next trip!

Many thanks for another fantastic time! I have rented from El Monte RV almost every year since 1996 and just want to say that the service and the vehicles are excellent and totally unrivalled. I have had many vehicles over the years, all excellent, and been all over the US from NYC to Los Angeles, from Los Angeles to Orlando and many places in between. El Monte have helped massively to make the vacations memorable and trouble free with no exceptions. I do not hesitate in recommending them and if you are thinking about using El Monte RV for your next Vacation, don't think, do it, you will not regret it at all...many many thanks for numerous fantastic times and many more to come too, 2007 is already booked, 2008 won't be far behind!

We had a blast! My family and I had a blast taking the RV that we rented to Vegas! We stopped by all the major parks, canyons and tourist spots with our cameras in tote. We even had a brush with death when we were going over some mountains and got stuck in the middle of a blizzard and had no where to stop or turn around and the only sign we could read is that we are in an avalanche area, but we just kept on truckin' and made it through! Who would have thought there would be a blizzard in the end of April (2006). Anywho...just wanted to share that with you and let you know that that was one great vacation, and that my family and myself will one day go on another El Monte RV trip again. Great new location! We have rented from El Monte RV before, but we really like the new rental center in Lakeland, Florida. The staff was very courteous and professional, and answered all of our questions.

Another fantastic RV trip! We were in Jackson, Wyoming when we encountered huge hail! We were parked at the Gros Ventre campgrounds near Jackson Hole when this record-breaking hailstorm hit. Several hail stones (the size of golf balls!) broke through the bathroom skylight and if you look closely at the pictures we sent, you can see the stones on the mesh screen as well as the pieces of the fan blades that they broke. The holes they made are visible also. Anyway, this trip has provided us with more family memories on another fantastic RV trip! We look forward to reserving with you next summer!

Excellent service "My wife and I would like to thank you much for the very good cooperation. Our motorhome was just what we wanted and we were very happy with it. Again, it was really fun to be in the USA. One of the most important reasons for that was the very well maintained and clean motorhome that we received. We were very happy with the excellent service we were provided with at your Denver location. The service was just perfect. Also a special thank you for Mr. Kontishek. He is always helpful. That is what we love about the USA. We are already very excited about our next journey to USA. Of course with El Monte RV!!!!"
