Job Title: Receptionist / CSA

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

El Monte RV is seeking a friendly, independent, bilingual (Spanish/English) administrative assistant to support our Dublin branch. This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated person with ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.

 

Administration Assistant position has the following job responsibilities;

  • Answers phone lines in a professional manner
  • Performs all administrative duties of the office
  • Assists walk-in customers, applicants and employees in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner
  • Assist the HR Department with multiple projects remotely
  • Maintains and updates employee files in an organized manner
  • Assists with Paycheck distribution
  • Distributes uniforms to employees
  • Conducts periodic uniform inventories and submits recommendations for re-ordering
  • Other miscellaneous clerical duties as assigned

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Administrative and/or Customer Service experience.
  • Bilingual (English/ Spanish) written/verbal Spanish language skills required.
  • Ability to maintain composure and a friendly attitude, while being disrupted.
  • Ability to effectively work in a busy professional customer service office environment.
  • Computer expertise in utilizing MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams etc).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as a team player.
  • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously, as well as being consistently organized and detail oriented.
  • A positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and a willingness & ability to learn new tasks.
  • Ability to ensure the highest level of confidentiality relating to all customer and employee information.
  • Ability to be a team player who is extremely detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task.
  • Candidate must have a valid DL, good DMV record, and the ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug-screen.
