Wow! If you're a music lover, then April brings you a full scale selection of great music concerts from which to choose!

Country music or rock 'n roll, there are a number of great concerts at great venues to satisfy your musical leanings.

RV Vacation Idea: Mesa Verde National Park

Colorado

Established on June 29, 1906 by President Theodore Roosevelt, this 81 square mile national park was created to "preserve the works of man". The park was inhabited by the Ancestral Puebloan people, often referred to as the Anasazi, between 600 and 1300 AD. The Anasazi were primarily farmers; their main crop being corn. Anasazi women were famous for their elegant basket weaving. However, what makes this park especially unique are the cliff dwellings built by them. There are over 600 cliff dwellings and over 4,000 archeological sites in this fascinating park, which gives visitors lots to see.

An additional bonus is that the Mesa Verde Visitor and Research Center has recently opened. The center houses over 3 million artifacts! You'll want to make the center a first stop before visiting the cliff dwellings.

RV Recipe of the Month

Best No-Bake Cheesecake

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cupsgraham cracker crumbs

1/3 cup packed brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/3 cup butter, melted

2 8-ounce packages cream cheese

2 teaspoons lemon juice

1 pint heavy whipping cream

1/3 cup white sugar

1 21-ounce can cherry (or your favorite flavor) pie filling

Directions:

~ In a small bowl, stir together the graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar and cinnamon.

~ Add melted butter and mix well.

~ Press into the bottom of an 8 or 10 inch springform pan. Chill until firm.

~ In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese and lemon juice until soft.

~ Add whipping cream and beat with an electric mixer until batter becomes thick.

~ Add the sugar and continue to beat until stiff.

~ Pour into chilled crust, and top with pie filling.

~ Chill several hours or overnight.

~ Just before serving, remove the sides of the springform pan.

Note: Makes 1 8 or 10" round cheesecake.

~ Enjoy!
