Located west of the Ocala National Forest is the Silver Springs Park. It is one of the largest spring systems in the world and is famous for its signature glass bottom boats, where you can ferry across the springs and enjoy views of the life below.
Take in the beautiful views provided by the Ocklawaha, St. Johns, and Tomoka Rivers; enjoy the 28 developed recreation sites in the Ocala National Forest or hike the Florida National Scenic Trail.

Monty's Munchies
Campfire Orange Cinnamon Rolls
Ingredients:
2 large oranges
4 cans Pillsbury Grands Cinnamon Roll with Cream Cheese Icing
Instructions:
~ Cut the oranges in half and scoop out the flesh. You only need the orange shells.
~ Fill each orange half-shell with the cinnamon roll.
~ Place the filled half-shells on a baking pan and cover with foil.
~ Place the baking pan on the campfire or grill and bake for 20 minutes or until the rolls rise.
~ Allow the rolls to cool and then top with the icing.
Enjoy!
Prep and cooking time: 30 minutes
Yields 4 servings
