In practical terms, if a renter accidentally injures someone or damages another person’s property while operating the vehicle, ELI helps protect the renter against those claims up to five‑hundred‑thousand USD.

Our most popular service, and it's no wonder why! Save valuable time and stay in holiday mode until the last minute with our Drop & Go service. We handle the final cleaning, dump of holding tanks, and take out the trash, so you can focus on enjoying your trip. Our Drop & Go service includes:

- Basic Cleaning (allows up to 1 hour interior and exterior cleaning - this does not include the cleaning of kitchenware)

- Final emptying of holding tanks

- Garbage disposal and recycling (up to one 30-gallon garbage bag)

This service includes an exterior wash and interior cleaning for vehicles with normal usage. However, if the vehicle is excessively dirty either inside or outside, additional charges will apply to cover the extra cleaning required.

Guests are still required to check in with a staff member when dropping off the vehicle to ensure a Vehicle Inspection is completed and any outstanding charges are covered.

We are pet friendly, but the customer must clean up after pets. 

Winterizing your motorhome's water system is essential in below-freezing temperatures to prevent damage to various components like the water pump, water tank, and water lines. Renters are liable for any damages caused by lack of winterization.

Vehicles from Denver, New York, and Seattle locations are always winterized from October 31st to March 31st. Renters can pay for de-winterization if conditions allow. It's the renter's responsibility to re-winterize the vehicle on return if required. A winterization fee will be charged if the vehicle is returned non-winterized. Renters are fully responsible for any damages caused by freezing during their trip.

Heading to the far north? This surcharge is required when picking up from any location and traveling on any of the following roads:

In Canada: Alaska Highway north of Fort St. John, British Columbia; Cassiar Highway (#37) north of Kitwanga, British Columbia; Highway 35 north of Peace River, Alberta; Northwest Territories; Quebec north and east of Sept Iles or anywhere in Newfoundland and Labrador.

Also covers any travel into Alaska, USA.

If you elect to purchase the Unlimited Toll Coverage at check-out, you will be charged a flat nightly rate anywhere from $5.95 - $19.95, and you will not be recharged for any tolls or toll administrative fees during your trip. If you decline Unlimited Toll Coverage, you will be recharged for any tolls incurred plus a one-time USD$25 “Toll Processing Admin Fee” in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

The nightly rate is determined by taking the higher of the nightly rate of your pick-up or drop-off location. Generally speaking, tolls are most costly in the Northeast (e.g., NYC metro) and Southeast (e.g., Florida).
