Class B Camper Van

A Class B camper van is a small type of motorhome. This camper van is built on a chassis, making it more compact and maneuverable than other RVs. It has a high-roofed, boxy shape that allows for ample headroom in the interior, as well as space for additional features like pop-up roofs or slide-outs. RV Class B vans offer a balance of size, comfort and affordability.

El Monte RV is your go-to recreational vehicle (RV) rental company, offering a wide range of camper van options to meet your travel needs. We have Class B camping vans you can rely on to comfortably get you to your destination.

Features and Specifications

  • Fuel efficiency: Compared to larger RVs, Class B camper vans are far more fuel efficient. Since they are compact, they consume less fuel, making them perfect for long-distance travel.
  • Comfort: Although they may seem small, Class B RVs are quite comfortable. They have amenities such as kitchens, bathrooms, sleeping areas, air conditioners, entertainment systems, heaters and thermostats. For camping trips, sleeping in a camper van keeps you warm, dry and not exposed to the elements.
  • Easy to drive: A Class B RV's driving experience is similar to that of a standard van. This familiarity makes them easy to drive, allowing you to enjoy your journey without worrying about navigating roads.
  • Cost-effectiveness: Compared to other RVs, such as Class A options, Class B camper vans are more affordable to rent. They are suitable for traveling on a budget as they are an economical but comfortable transportation solution.
  • Versatility: These vans can be used for shorter trips like weekend getaways as well as extended adventures. You can obtain more space by choosing a Class B with pop-top option.
