Before You Book

  • No collection from concerts or festivals
  • Please note that the delivery / collection service is not available at all locations
  • No off-road / remote delivery or collection
  • No deliveries beyond the 200-mile one way distance from the providing rental branch

NOTE: You must provide campsite information 24 hours in advance of the delivery date.

  • The address must have adequate and easily accessible parking or additional fees may apply. 
  • All delivery and pickup times are set before pickup. 
  • Guests must be present for the final RV inspection and handover of the keys.
  • Additional fees will apply if collection requires toll road fees. 
  • Pricing is based on the most direct route to your delivery location. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse a request for collection if circumstances beyond our control prevent us from taking the most direct route.

Your delivery address needs to be within 200 miles [one-way] of our Santa Fe Springs/ Los Angeles location or Dublin/San Francisco, California. 

Base Rate: $150 for a 30-mile round trip

  • Additional Mileage: $5 per mile for distances over 30 miles
  • 30 min delivery window upon arrival to delivery site, and 30-minute retrieval 
  • Bill rate of $50 per hour after beyond the ½ hour delivery and retrieval window at delivery point

For a full RV Set-up: $175

  • Connect black tank hose
  • Connect freshwater hose
  • Connect shoreline cord [power]
  • Leveling RV [Campground RV parking no greater than 3-degree slope]
  • Turning on major appliances
