National Park Travel Tips:
Avoid vehicle idling: Try to avoid engine idling by turning the engine off if you stop to take in the view, or if you are waiting for more than a few minutes in a line of stationary traffic.
Reduce, reuse and recycle on the road: We can supply rental kits with everything you need, or bring your favorite travel mug, reusable bags and kitchen utensils from home. Set yourself a challenge to have a zero-waste picnic in the Park on your visit.
Watch wildlife safely: To help keep wildlife wild, and visitors safe, avoid disturbing wildlife you encounter and never try to feed or touch wild animals and ensure your food and trash is safely stored out of reach and keep a safe distance to give wildlife room to move.
